WE HAVE HOME DELIVERY SYSTEM ALL OVER BANGLADESH.
Our delivery partners include Pathao, E-Courier and Steadfast. We provide paid and cash on home delivery all over Bangladesh through Pathao and e-Courier. Cash on delivery is not done by Pathao Courier. Delivery charge through Pathao Courier is Tk 120. 20 per kg will be added for the next kg.
Send us all over Bangladesh and delivery charge is Tk 120 up to 1 kg through pathao and e-courier. 20TK per kg will be added for the next kg.
Cash on delivery nationwide for online shopping takes 2/3 days within Dhaka and 4/6 days outside Dhaka. We are at your side with any assistance required to confirm your order and deliver it.

প্রোডাক্ট গ্রহনের পর প্রোডাক্টের সমস্যার (যেমন : প্রোডাক্ট ভাঙ্গা, ছেঁড়া, ভুল সাইজ, প্রোডাক্ট কাজ না করা, ছবির সাথে প্রোডাক্টের মিল না থাকা ইত্যাদি) ক্ষেত্রে আপনি ক্রয়কৃত প্রোডাক্টটির সম্পূর্ণ মূল্য নিচের শর্ত সাপেক্ষে ফেরত পেতে পারেন।
১) ডেলিভারি গ্রহনের পর সর্বোচ্চ ৪৮ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে আপনাকে complain@azwatbazar.com এ মেইল করতে হবে ।
২) রিফান্ডের ক্ষেত্রে প্রোডাক্টটির বাক্স সহ সম্পূর্ণ অক্ষত অবস্থায় থাকতে হবে।
৩) আপনাকে উক্ত প্রোডাক্টটি আজওয়াত বাজার-এর অফিসে অবশ্যই সর্বোচ্চ ৭ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে নিজ দায়িত্বে ফেরত পাঠাতে হবে।
৫) অ্যাডভান্স (বিকাশ/রকেট) পেমেন্ট এর ক্ষেত্রে ,পণ্য স্টকে না থাকলে অথবা ক্রেতা নিতে ইচ্ছুক না হলে, অর্ডার ক্যানসেল করে যে নাম্বার থেকে অ্যাডভান্স পেমেন্ট করা হয়েছে , সেই নাম্বারেই রিফান্ড করা হবে।
ঘে সকল ক্ষেত্রে রিটার্ন, এক্সচেঞ্জ, ওয়ারেন্টি এবং রিফান্ড প্রযোজ্য হবে না তার লিস্ট নিচে
দেয়া হলো-:
- * প্রোডাক্ট বার্ন বা ফিজিক্যাল ড্যামেজ হয়ে থাকলে
- যেকোনো ধরনের সফটওয়্যার বা ডিজিটাল প্রোডাক্টস
- * ক্লিয়ারেন্স সেলের প্রোডাক্ট -
- যদি প্রোডাক্ট এর ইন্ট্যাক্ট এর সিল বা স্টিকার তুলে ফেলা হয়
- * প্রোডাক্ট এর সাথে যেকোনো ধরনের এক্ক্সেসরিস বা চার্জার বা এডাপ্টার
- * যেকোনো গিফট আইটেম বা পুরঙ্কার যা বিনামূল্যে দেয়া হয়েছে -
- প্রোডাক্টে কোন স্ক্র্যাচ বা দাগ বারিসেলেবল কন্ডিশনে না থাকলে

অর্ডার করার পর আপনি একটি ইমেইল পাবেন, যেখানে আপনি অর্ডার বাতিল এর অপশন পাবেন। রেজিস্ট্রেশন করে অর্ডার করে থাকলে লগইন করেও অপশন পাবেন।
প্রোডাক্ট কুরিয়ার করার পর বাতিল এর অপশন পাবেন না। সে ক্ষেত্রে কুরিয়ার ডেলিভারি এর জন্য আসলে বাতিল করে দিতে পারবেন। ডেলিভারি এবং রিটার্ন বাবৎ খরচ কাঁটা যাবে। বাকী অগ্রিম পরবর্তী অর্ডারে সমন্বয় করে নিতে পারবেন। সমন্বয় করতে আমাদের ফেইসবুক মেসেঞ্জারে অথবা 01819796236 এই নাম্বারে হোয়াটসঅ্যাপ মেসেজ দিন।
আপনি আপনার অ্যাকাউন্টে লগইন করে যোগাযোগ নম্বর এবং ঠিকানা আপডেট করতে পারেন।
